History
Triple Peak Ranch Estates is a community on the south east side of Canyon Lake, Texas near the community of Sattler. After the completion of the Canyon Dam in 1964 the subdivision consisting of 77 acres was platted and developed by O.C. Trout of Trout Enterprises in 1968. The development was purchased by James Pinkston of Pinkston Enterprises in 1973. Triple Peak Ranch Estates Property Owners Association was chartered in 1994 and all rights from Pinkston Enterprises were transferred to the Property Owners Association.

The Board of Directors are responsible for managing the Triple Peak Ranch Estates Property Owner’s Association (TPREPOA). Typically meetings are held monthly to decide on issues that affect our POA. Each Board of Director is elected to a two-year term but can be renewed up to a total of three terms. Board members are elected during the yearly member meeting. If there is a vacancy the Board will fill the position.
The Architectural Committee is appointed by the POA Board. Each term is for two years with a maximum of three terms. The Architectural Committee is responsible for carrying out and enforcing the deed restrictions subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Prior to any construction or painting that affects the outside of the home in our subdivision, plans and or a statement of the work shall be presented to the Architectural Committee and then approved by the Board of Directors before any work takes place.
