First Mountain Trail
All paid members have the use of two trails on First Mountain. These trail easements were granted in 2011 after an agreement was reached by the developer of First Mountain Subdivision and TPREPOA. The south trail starts at the end of Old Triple Peak Drive near the paved access road that goes up part of First Mountain. There is a locked pedestrian gate that paid members that have signed a waiver can have access too. Per our agreement you must stay on the marked six-foot-wide trail (see overhead map). The north trail starts at the house just east of 1820 Triple Peak Drive and follows an almost vertical path. Both trails provide spectacular views of the lake and surrounding hills. However, both trails can be difficult to hike, especially the north trail. We share the use of these trails with the First Mountain development; it is part of there green belt. We must abide by the rules that were agreed upon; some of which are: the trails are to be used solely for recreational purposes in the daylight hours, no trash shall be left behind, you must stay on the six foot trail, no lighting of fires, and you must sign a release, indemnity and hold harmless agreement. This agreement can be downloaded on this page and signed and mailed in.
